President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo in his visit to inspect PT Wika Bitumen, a unit of state construction firm Wijaya Karya (WIKA), in Buton Regency, Southeast Sulawesi province yesterday urged the import of asphalt to be stopped by 2024.
