State telco firm Telkom Indonesia (TLKM) allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp40 trillion for this year, representing 25% of revenue last year, mostly to fund the development of its digital connectivity, both in Telkom and its subsidiary Telkomsel. TLKM will develop its digital platform, digital services, data center, and boosting its cloud capacity.
