After two years of uncertainty, Indonesia will be allowed to send its citizens on a Hajj pilgrimage to Saudi Arabia. The Indonesian Minister of Religious Affairs, Yaqut Cholil Qoumas, told the press earlier this week that the quota given to Indonesia would not be the same as the pre-pandemic level. Still, he hopes that the Saudi authority will soon announce an “ideal” quota.
