The Ministry of Health informed the press that the National Bed Occupancy Ratio (BOR) was at 26.3 percent as of four p.m. of Feb. 9, 2022. The situation remains conducive, given that the number of new cases has gone up very sharply. Cumulative data of COVID-19 patients treated in hospitals over the period of Jan. 21 to Feb. 6 show that from the total of 36,885 COVID-19 patients, 30 percent or 11,210 were asymptomatic and 40 percent (14,923) experienced light symptoms.
