Bank Neo Commerce (BBYB) plans to launch the rights issue in the first quarter (Q3) of 2022, targeting to raise Rp5 trillion. This month, BBYB has launched a rights issue for 1.92 billion new shares, representing 25.71% enlarged capital, and raised Rp2.5 trillion, lifting its core capital to over Rp3 trillion.
