After one of its subsidiaries PT Panghegar Kana Legacy was declared bankrupt in mid May 2016, the Panghegar Group is facing another set of problem. Two of the Group’s other subsidiaries, PT Panghegar Kana Properti and PT Hotel Panghegar, have had their request for an extension of Suspension of Debts Payment (PKPU) status rejected by creditors.
