Government Closer to Publishing Regulation for the Protection of Officials from Criminalization

The Government of Indonesia is supposedly close to issuing the Government Regulation (PP) designed to protect state officials from criminalization. The draft of said PP is reportedly in the hands of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights to be published into law this coming October.  The Cabinet Secretary Pramono Agung gave the press some indications of what the new PP will contain.To subscribe please click here
