M&A Updates: BFI-Compass Banca
Trinugraha Capital & Co SCA managed to sell 2.97 billion shares of financing firm BFI Finance Indonesia (BFIN), or 18.65% of BFI’s enlarged capital, to Compass Banca SpA, a unit of Italian investment bank Mediobanca. Trinugraha will also sell 1.65 million BFIN shares or 0.01% to Star Finance SRL.
