RMI’s Bankruptcy and Disputes

Back in December 2016, the Panel of Judges of the Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta District Court promulgated the result of votings in the period of Suspension of Debts Payment (PKPU) for PT Resources Jaya Teknik Management Indonesia (RMI). The Company was declared bankrupt. The decision was made quickly after the end of the temporary PKPU, and there were no news on the insolvency process since. But recently, several national media outlets reported that the former President Director of RMI was named a suspect of fraud based on a police report filed by the Company’s former business partner.
