Ownership Change at Medco
PT Medco Daya Abadi Lestari (MDAL) has sold 2.055 billion or 10.59% shares in PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (MEDC) at Rp1,015 per share to raise Rp2.09 trillion to unknown investor. After the transaction MDAL’s ownership declined to 8.1% of the total paid-up share capital of Medco Energi.
