State-owned construction firm Waskita Karya (WSKT) plans to offer the factoring scheme to investors as the Government has not paid the debt it incurred from building the light rail transit (LRT) in Palembang, South Sumatera. WSKT wants to offer a factoring scheme at Rp5 trillion value. The Government has not paid a total debt of Rp9.1 trillion for the said project to WSKT.
