The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has proceeded with the case of Syafruddin Arsyad Temenggung, former chairman of Indonesia Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA), related to settlement of debts of tycoon Sjamsul Nursalim stemmed from the collapse of BDNI two decades ago.
