Corruption Journal: the Kendari Dynasty, and the Manado High Court Bribery Case
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) conducted another Sting Operation in the morning of February 28, 2018 and arrested the Mayor of Kendari in Southeast Sulawesi one Adriatma Dwi Putra together with his father and several other parties on account of bribery. The KPK later named four suspects in the case. Separately, the trial of the suspects of bribery in the Manado High Court finally began on February 28, 2018. The former Chief of Manado High Court one Sudiwardono, who took bribes from the member of House of Representatives one Aditya Moha, is known to fix prices in return for issuing letter for suspension of detention. He acquitted the former Bolaang Mongondow Regent one Marlina Moha Siahaan, who is Aditya’s mother.
