The troubled state EPC firm Waskita Karya (WSKT) plans to launch the rights issue, offering 8.72 billion new shares, representing 23.24% of its enlarged capital. Earlier the Company said it targeted to raise Rp1 trillion from said rights issue, which will be used to fund unit engaging in toll business.
