Indonesian government responded fast by closing down its borders to people from 11 countries, including South Africa and Hong Kong, over the Omicron coronavirus variant. Quarantine policy is also stricter for people entering the country. Those with travel history to the 11 countries will have to be in the quarantine for 14 days, while all other foreigners entering the country shall be in the quarantine for seven days, longer than the three days implemented earlier.To subscribe please click here
