Singapore’s Health Minister Ong Ye Kung said on Monday (Nov. 22) that strict COVID-19 measures will be a “last resort.” The City-state is rolling out travel lanes for vaccinated visitors (VTL) from certain countries. Minister Ong said vaccinated travel lanes would be the norm in the “foreseeable future.” Singapore’s VTL for Indonesia will open beginning Nov. 29.
