Telco tower operator Sarana Menara Nusantara (TOWR), unit of Djarum Group, is set to become the controlling shareholder of tower provider Solusi Tunas Pratama (SUPR) as it will acquire 90% SUPR shares through its subsidiary PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo). The acquisition process will take four months, made through tender and auction schemes. The seller and buyer had signed the sale and purchase agreement (SPA) on Sept. 4, 2021.
