State miner Aneka Tambang (ANTM) said the construction of its Smelter Grade Alumina Refinery (SGAR) was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The realization of capital expenditure (capex) only reached Rp250-300 billion during the first half (H1) of 2021. ANTM allocates a capex of Rp2.4 trillion for this whole year.
