On Sept. 6, 2021, Flag carrier Garuda Indonesia (GIAA) received information that the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) had made an arbitration verdict on the lawsuit by Lessor Helice and Atterrissage (Goshawk) over GIAA concerning payment of aircraft rent. Garuda said it was coordinating with its lawyer to handle this case. It revealed that the case had no direct impact on the operations of GIAA.
