Oil and gas firm Energi Mega Persada (ENRG) booked a net profit of US$11.5 million in the first half (H1) of 2021, dropping 66.5% year on year (y/y) from US$34.3 million in H1 of 2020 due to other charges. Revenue grew 11.4% y/y to US$166.3 million, and operating income increased 6.4% to US$66.4 million. ENRG, however, recorded other charges of US$14 million in the said period, against other income of US$9.2 million in H1 of 2020.
