A number of political parties, including those in President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo’s ruling coalition, defended Anies against harsh criticism lobbed by Giring Ganesha, the Chairman of PSI Party. It shows that many political parties still back Anies Baswedan even though the Jakarta Governor is under the scrutiny of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). The question is: will said parties continue to support Anies in the future?
