Healthcare service provider PT Bundamedik Tbk has kicked off its initial public offering (IPO) for 620 million shares, representing 7.26% of total issued and paid-up capital, priced at Rp300-350 per unit to raise a maximum of Rp217 billion in total. The Company has an option to add its IPO size for 62 million shares or 0.72%, after which the total proceeds would reach Rp238.7 billion.
