Shareholders of technology firm Indointernet (EDGE), with the popular Indonet brand, have sold EDGE shares to strategic partners on June 11, 2021. That crossing transaction of EDGE shares is valued at Rp1.99 trillion. Said shareholders divesting EDGE shares are Otto Toto Sugiri (chief commissioner of EDGE), Han Arming Hanafia, and Bing Moniaga.
