Cement producer Solusi Bangun Indonesia (SBI), a unit of state cement producer Semen Indonesia (SMGR), said it had signed the assignment and subscription agreement (SSA) with PT Semen Indonesia Industri Bangunan (SIIB) and Taiheiyo Cement Corporation (TCC), and a framework cement offtake with TCC as a purchaser, on Jan. 26, 2021.
