State miner Aneka Tambang (ANTM) is involved in the Indonesia Battery Holding (IBH) project, developing batteries from nickel, with an investment cost of US$12 billion, equivalent to Rp177.52 trillion. IBH will produce batteries for electric vehicles, partnering with state oil and gas firm Pertamina and state utility firm Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN).
