Economic recovery in China is still weak and there are increased risks of a global recession that could pose threat for the country’s exports, China National Bureau of Statistics said. It added that pressure on employment is relatively big in the wake of the COVID-19 crisis. China’s job market was largely stable in April, with the unemployment rate in urban areas standing at 6 percent, compared with 5.9 percent in March.
