State cement maker Semen Indonesia (SMGR) reported a 42% drop in net profit, to Rp238 billion in the first quarter (Q1) of 2019, compared to Rp411 billion in the corresponding period of 2018, mainly due to a jump in finance costs and higher income tax expenses. Revenues grew 22.8% to Rp8.13 trillion from previous Rp6.62 trillion.
