The initial public offering (IPO) of property firm Capri Satu Nusa Properti (CPRI) attracted investors with the demand oversubscribed by more than 83 times. The IPO price is set at Rp125 per share. CPRI is scheduled to list on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in April 11, 2019. The Company offered 683.37 million shares, representing 28.08% of its total issued and paid-up capital, to raising total proceeds of Rp85.42 billion.
