Bank Mandiri (BMRI) will pay dividend of Rp9.2 trillion for 2017 fiscal year, representing 45% of profit, or Rp199.03 per share. The rest profit is kept as the retain profit. BMRI booked net profit of Rp20.6 trillion last year, grew 49.5% year on year (y/y). Net interest incomes rose 0.6% to Rp54.8 trillion while fee based income increased 16.4% to Rp23.3 trillion. Shareholders have appointed four new directors; Agus Dwi Handaya, Panji Irawan, Alexandra Askandar, and Donsuwan Simatupang for 2018-2023 term. Kartika Wirjoatmodjo acts president director and Sulaiman Arif Arianto as vice preident. Other directors are Royke Tumilaar, Hery Gunardi, Ahmad Siddik Badruddin, Rico Usthavia Frans, and Darmawan Junaidi.
