Indonesia’s central bank (Bank Indonesia/BI) reported that capital inflow reached Rp46 trillion this month (1-26 Jan period); a 170% jump from Rp17 trillion in the corresponding period of last year. This would support the rupiah amid global pressure and uncertainties.
