Bank Central Asia (BCA) has fully controlled multi-financing firm PT Central Santosa Finance (CS Finance) after acquiring additional 30% shares for Rp220 billion value from PT Multikem Suplindo. Per Sep 2017, BCA’s equity totaled Rp127.55 trillion and total assets of Rp739.88 trillion. Earlier BCA has set up new venture capital, PT Central Capital Ventura (CCV) with paid-up capital of Rp200 billion.
