Textile and garment producer Sri Rejeki Isman (SRIL) will offer 1.86 billion new shares through private placement, representing 10% of its enlarged capital, priced at minimum Rp353.2 per share. Current shareholders of SRIL are PT Huddleston Indonesia (56.07% ownership) and public investors (43.93%). SRIL will issue 10% shares for Huddleston.
