Ciputra Group, through Citraland Surabaya project, booked marketing sales of Rp1.1 trillion from new cluster Northwest Hill covering 20 hectares area. Some 680 units (landed and shop houses) are sold out. Ciputra has also launched new clusters including Citra Garden Sidoarjo and Citra Harmoni. Ciputra has invested Rp500 billion for Northwest Hill project. Landed houses in Surabaya remain lack as most developers focus on building apartment.
