Retailer Sumber Alfraria Trijaya (AMRT) sets up new business unit, PT Sumber Wahana Sejahtera (SWS) engaging in delivery and package services. AMRT holds 88.71% stake in SWS based in Tangerang with stake value of Rp275 billion. Per June 2017, AMRT has cash and cash equivalent of Rp2.12 trillion. It booked net profit of Rp38.31 billion in first half (H1) this year. The Company’s sales and distribution increased 19.44% to Rp5.16 trillion.
