Sinarmas & The Question about Fairness of BRAU Tender Offer

PT Sinarindo Ekamulya (SEM), a company indirectly controlled by Sinarmas Group, has kicked off tender offer for 5.326 billion shares or 15.26% of shares in Berau Coal (BRAU) held by public investors for Rp82 per share or Rp436.73 billion.
