Mafre International SA (formerly Mafre America SA) launches the mandatory tender offer for 29% shares of insurance firm PT Asuransi Bina Dana Arta Tbk (ABDA) at price of Rp7,056 per share or Rp1.27 trillion in total. Mafre has in June 12, 2017 acquired 192 million ABDA shares, or 31% of its enlarged capital, at price of Rp6,977 per share or Rp1.34 trillion in total. Before this acquisition, Mapfre owned 20% ABDA shares. The tender offer period starts in August 3 until September 2 this year.
