State construction firm PT Pembangunan Perumahan Tbk (PTPP) allocates Rp9 trillion for funding the expansion of its energy business, mainly independent power producer (IPP). While developing the existing IPP projects, PTPP, through its unit PT PP Energi, also intends to acquire new IPP. PP Energi plans to launch IPO by end this year. PTPP allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp21 trillion for this year, but during first half the capex spent only reached Rp1.02 trillion.
