Djajadi Djaja, founder and majority owner of PT Wicaksana Overseas International Tbk (WICO) will sell major part of WICO to DKSH Holding AG, a service provider for market development. Based on the conditional sale and purchase agreement effective since July 10, 2017, DKSH will buy 761.37 shares of WICO. Currently shareholders of WICO are Djajadi Djaja (78.1%), PT Wira Saksama (9.49%), and public investors (12.4%). WICO is now traded at Rp382, so the shares divestment would value for Rp291 billion.
