Jakarta-based construction firm Totalindo Eka Persada has set its IPO prices at Rp310 per share, to raise total proceeds of Rp516.46 billion. It offers 1.66 billion shares through the initial public offering (IPO), lower than initial planned 2.15 billion shares or 30.07% of its total issued and paid-up capital. CLSA, along with local brokerages Bahana Securities and Indo Premier Securities are bookrunners and underwriters. In 2016, Totalindo booked net profit of Rp201 billion, grew by 48.9% from Rp135 billion in 2015. While revenues jumped 109% to Rp3.12 trillion, from Rp1.49 trillion in 2015.
