Bolaang Mongondow Regent Yasti Soeprejo has last Monday (June 5) forced PT Conch Cement North Sulawesi to stop construction of cement mill in Inobonto Village, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, North Sulawesi province. The Chinese giant is accused of building the mill without proper licenses.
