Real estate and property developer Puradelta Lestari (DMAS) will pay dividend of Rp722.9 billion, or Rp15 per share, for 2016 fiscal year. It booked net profit of Rp757.97 billion in 2016. The dividend payment is scheduled for June 23, 2017. DMAS raised Rp977.8 billion from initial public offering (IPO) and has utilized by September 30, 2016 for infrastructure and investment development in Kota Deltamas area (Rp586.68 billion) and for land acquisition in Bekasi Regency (Rp293.34 billion).
