Shareholders of PT MNC Sky Vision Tbk (MSKY), operator of pay-tv Indovision controlled by Hary Tanoesoedibjo, have approved the Company’s proposal to launch the rights issue, targeting to raise Rp129.5 billion, used for working capital. The rights issue will amount for 1.29 billion units. In 2016, MSKY’s customers reached 2.5 million. It booked revenues of Rp3 trillion last year with Ebitda of Rp1.02 trillion. The Company’s average revenue per unit (ARPU) was Rp92,416. MSKY has refinanced its US$243 million debt matured in 2016. It made new loan of US$170 million which will mature in 2019. At 10.58 am Jakarta time, MSKY declined 1.03% to Rp965 per share.
