Composite index of Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) surged 2.6% to its new high at 5792 Friday (May 19) while peers gained less than 1% each in the region. This is also the biggest daily gain for quite sometime, lifted by investment grade status from Standard and Poor’s.
