Property developer Bumi Serpong Damai, through its subsidiary Global Prime Capital Pte. Ltd., plans to issue senior notes worth US$70 million, carrying 5,50% annual coupon rate, due on 2023. This new notes will be consolidated and form a single series with US$200 million senior notes issued on October 18, 2016.
