Minister for Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Ignas Jonan said government plans to add Rp 190 billion fund for gas chain this year. The government targets to set up 19,000 gas chain to household, costing Rp10 million for one chain. The gas chain will be shared to some regions inlcuding Surabaya (East Java). be set up this year fuel’s fund to added developing budget gas chain for this years. Gas chain will save Rp18 billion subsidy per year, also reduce public consumption. Surabaya develops 24,000 gas chain, then would reduce public consumption by 30-35%.
