Sarana Menara Nusantara (TOWR), telecommunication tower company owned by Djarum Group, said some 12 institutions or parties have sold 1.35 billion TOWR shares, or 13.23% of its enlarged capital, priced at Rp4,000 per unit. Then total transaction, made in April 28, 2017, reached Rp5.4 trillion. The sellers included Tiger Global Investment LP (4.32%), 28th Street Ventures LLC (3.2%), FC Managers Asia Limited Co (1.54%), and Suma Investments Limited Co (1.47%). While the buyers are Credit Suisse Singapore, Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore, and UBS AG Singapore.
