Trisula International (TRIS), garment manufacturer and distributor of fashion products, managed to acquire PT Gita at price of Rp60 billion. PT Gita engages in distribution and producing snacks, based in Solo, Central Java. This acqusition is targeted to conclude in fourth quarter of this year. PT Gita, owned by Iwan Santoso family, is main distributor for Alfamart and Indomart.
