Oil and gas producer Medco Energi Internasional (MEDC) has informed its plan to launch the initial public offering (IPO) for its newly acquired gold-copper producer Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara (formerly Newmont Nusa Tenggara/NNT). The IPO is scheduled for this year, but might be accelerated as Medco needs funds to repay the matured debts, also debt used to acquire Amman Mineral.To subscribe please click here
