Sixth President SBY published an op-ed at Rakyat Merdeka newspaper on Monday (Nov 28) titled “Restore Peace and Our Unity”, days before the planned rally on December 2nd. While the article was meant an advise to President Joko ‘Jokowi’ Widodo based on SBY’s beliefs about the state of the nation, one can’t be blamed to see similarities with SBY’s provocative statements ahead of November 4th rally, which turned violent.
