Bank Sinarmas (BSIM) plans to issue 1.1 billion new shares, attached with warrants of a maximum 4.9 billion units, to strengthen its capital following the bank’s strong growth in total assets of almost 33% to Rp28.3 trillion as of September 30, 2015.
